This gosu Ichin Kiritate bowl is made by Nakajimagama, a pottery manufacturer in Akita.
It's a generous size, with a diameter of about 23cm.
It's deep, so it can be used with any type of side dish.
Its cut-edge form gives it a very dignified and beautiful appearance.
The texture of the gosu and the pattern that resembles the Montblanc logo on a fountain pen are very tasteful.
