エインズレイ ペンブロック カップ&ソーサー シノワズリー ファインボーンチャイナ｜Aynsley Penbrock Chinoiserie Cup and Saucer, Fine Bone China ペンブロックとは南ウエールズ地方のペンブロックシャイアーという首都の名前です。ヘンリー7世の誕生で有名な城があり、景観のすぐれた土地です。 18世紀この地を訪れたデザイナーが、当時西洋ではなかなか手に入らなかった日本の伊万里焼を目にします。そして東洋の憧れが舞い降りてきた喜びから、この伊万里焼をイメージしてデザインされました。1970年代に復刻し、現在ではエインズレイを代表する作品の一つとなっています。 サイズ：カップ口径93mm、把手117mm、高さ62mm、ソーサー直径142mm、高さ23mm Pembroke is the name of the capital city of Pembrokeshire in South Wales. It's a scenic region famous for its castle, the birthplace of Henry VII. A designer who visited the area in the 18th century encountered Japanese Imari ware, which was difficult to obtain in the West at the time. Delighted at having his oriental dreams finally realized, he inspired his design with this Imari ware in mind. It was reproduced in the 1970s and is now one of Aynsley's signature pieces.
